We ship orders everyday at 1pm excluding Tuesdays. Any orders that are placed after 1pm on a Saturday will be shipped the following Tuesday by the above postal method.
All items purchased via the website are sent via Evri/Royal Mail with tracking. We are liable to provide proof of postage from our Evri/Royal Mail account but we are unable to control delivery of your goods. Any disputes regarding items not arriving or delayed should be raised directly with Royal Mail by the customer.
Any item over the value of £30 will automatically be sent via Evri/Royal signed for postage.
Expected delivery time: 3 – 5 days.
Time before we can investigate items that haven’t been received: 14 days
All items purchased via the website are sent by international standard shipping. Items with a value greater than £100 will be sent via Royal Mail international signed for.
Expected delivery time: 14 – 28 days days
Time before we can investigate items that haven’t been received: 30 days
All postage costs are calculated at the checkout.
All customers have the right to cancel any order before the item has been dispatched. Once the item is dispatched you will automatically receive a completed email (please check your spam folder). At this point you will be unable to cancel your order.
All customers have the right to return any items that they are not satisfied with, within the first 30 days of purchase. Please contact admin@theretrogenie.com should you have any issues with your product or you would like to return an item.

If you have not received your item within the time frame provided in the shipping t&c’s you can raise a claim for a refund on that item. Please contact admin@theretrogenie.com to start that process.
